Also, the central office and showroom are in Tehran, South Kargar Street, just below Lashgar Crossroad, opposite the gas station, No. 759.

Upon receiving a confirmed order and the down payment, depending on the type you select, the design and manufacturing process takes between 30 to 90 working days. If the order is special or customized, this time may increase slightly.

The company’s sales policy is 70% advance payment, 25% upon delivery, and 5% after installation and commissioning. In any case, the manufacturing contract is finalized upon receipt of the advance payment.

The warranty period is one year (except for electrical parts and appliances). After-sales service and spare parts supply are guaranteed for at least 12 years, and repairs and support are provided for a lifetime.

All products manufactured by the factory are unique and exclusive to Dayani the Great Machine Manufacturing, designed based on the latest European technology. If you want a machine custom-designed and built specifically for you, this is possible; however, the cost will be higher than the company’s routine and standard machines.

Orders are accepted either individually or in groups. For group orders of more than 2 machines, the company offers a 5% discount to the customer. Considering the high production costs and that 80% of the sales price goes towards purchasing and supplying raw materials and manufacturing parts, a 5% discount is deemed reasonable.

As mentioned above, the company commits to a one-year warranty and unlimited repair services for the machines. Based on the principle of customer orientation and the senior management’s efforts to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, if any modifications are needed regarding the products, the company considers it its duty to support customers until their demands are fully met. Naturally, the costs for modifications during installation, commissioning, and the warranty period are fully covered by Dayani the Great Machine Manufacturing.

Due to the quality and robust structure of the products and the bulky nature of the machines, they are not packaged during transportation unless requested by valued customers or for export purposes.

The cost of transportation and its execution is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the customer requests, the factory will arrange rental and shipment of the cargo at the customer’s expense.

Yes. The company’s policy is based on customer orientation and developing the knowledge of our valued customers. Therefore, during the purchase, installation, and operation of the machine, necessary training is provided to the machine operator introduced by the customer. This training includes operation, settings, and proper maintenance of the machine.

Moreover, if the customer needs, after installation and commissioning, training can be provided at the factory or the customer’s site, either in person, online, or by phone for the machine users. For this matter, please contact after-sales service so they can take the necessary actions for you, our dear customers.

Yes. Along with all the machines manufactured by the company, a manual and guidebook for repair, maintenance, and operation is delivered to our valued customers. This booklet includes electrical, hydraulic, and foundation diagrams, and explains how to properly maintain the machine.

Before purchasing, be sure to consult with our expert specialists. They will guide you to select the best and most suitable machine based on your needs. Dayani the Great Machine Manufacturing also commits that the power and capacity of the sold machine will exactly match what is stated in the sales invoice, and the machine will not suffer any malfunction during operation (provided the machine is used correctly according to the manual).

Additionally, our website includes the machine models along with their specifications and technical components. You can also use this table as a guide.

Their cutting mechanism is almost the same. In both models, cutting is done by two blades with a small gap between them (the gap depends on the sheet thickness). One blade (the lower blade) is fixed, and the upper blade moves downwards. When the sheet is placed between the two blade edges and force is applied, the sheet resists up to its tensile strength limit; then its molecules move, and the cut is made. However, the fundamental difference between the two types of machines is as follows:

  • In mechanical guillotine machines, the force is applied by a motor and gearbox, while in hydraulic guillotine machines, the force is applied by a hydraulic jack.

  • Experience has shown that the wear and tear on hydraulic machines is much less than on mechanical machines.

  • Another difference is in cutting power. The mechanical guillotine made by Dayani the Great Machine Manufacturing can cut sheet thicknesses up to 6 mm, and for thicknesses above 6 mm, hydraulic guillotines must be used.

  • The driving force required in hydraulic machines is less than that in mechanical shears. For example, a 2-meter mechanical shear with a 6 mm cutting power requires a motor and gearbox with 20 horsepower, while the hydraulic version works easily with a 10-horsepower motor. In this case, the motor is cheaper and electricity consumption is lower.

  • Repair and maintenance costs for hydraulic shears are higher than those of mechanical shears.

Depending on your needs and budget, the company produces two types of machines. Full hydraulic press brakes with PLC control and PLC/CNC press brakes can be good options for you. Both machines are programmable and can perform bends with different and consecutive angles as required. It is best to discuss your needs with the company’s expert specialists before purchasing so that the most suitable machine for your requirements can be recommended to you. This consultation is completely free.

In the hydraulic section of the machine, a suitable fluid (oil) is used to move the pistons. In the traditional method, piston movement is powered by the hydraulic fluid both during the downward and the return stroke. With continuous operation, the oil heats up and damages the hydraulic components. Additionally, the heating reduces the oil’s density, which lowers the cutting power of the machine.

In the new method, the hydraulic system is combined with a nitrogen gas system to create an accumulator. In this system, nitrogen gas is compressed when the machine’s ram goes down, and the stored energy assists the hydraulic system when raising the ram. During the upward stroke, the hydraulic system is disengaged, and the nitrogen gas pressure raises the upper ram. This prevents overheating during continuous operation.

Moreover, this system enables smoother operation with less noise, resulting in a quieter work environment for operators. The reason why other machine manufacturers do not use this method is mainly due to lack of technical knowledge and the higher cost of this system compared to traditional methods.

Yes, it is possible. However, we do not recommend it, but if the customer insists, manufacturing such a machine is feasible.

Yes, but it is better to use professional repair technicians. Dayani the Great Machine Manufacturing Company provides professional and efficient after-sales service throughout the country and even the Middle East region. It is advisable to consult the company’s after-sales service for repairs. Especially if you suspect that your repair technician might use ordinary air or nitrogen gas with lower purity (mixed with air) instead of pure nitrogen gas, we strongly recommend avoiding that.

The company considers itself responsible towards its customers and therefore will perform repairs as soon as possible and with the lowest possible cost. Moreover, unnecessary costs and the use of used or non-original parts, which may be done by other repair technicians, do not occur in the company’s after-sales services. Most parts are manufactured by the company’s machining unit, so there is no issue of supplying parts at prices higher than their actual value or with low quality. It is necessary to emphasize that Dayani the Great Machine Manufacturing’s after-sales service definitely uses original and genuine parts.

For cutting thicknesses above 6 millimeters, more powerful motors are required. These motors, in addition to having high cost and wear, cause increased electricity consumption and are not cost-effective. Therefore, to prevent unnecessary increase in machine price, reduce device wear, and maintain cutting quality, the company has been able to balance the required force and manufacturing costs by designing, producing, and employing its own special hydraulic jacks.

Hence, you can confidently use hydraulic machines without bearing high energy costs. However, for thicknesses between 2 to 4 millimeters and cutting lengths less than 4 meters, mechanical shears are more economical.

The selection of the press brake tonnage is possible through engineering calculations. For this, you need to know the metal type, thickness, bending length, V-opening width, and bending radius. By providing this information to the company’s expert specialists, they will assist you in choosing the most suitable press brake.

Quality press brakes available in the global market have an accuracy between ±1 to ±3 degrees. We are proud that the press brakes manufactured by Dayani Heavy Machinery, when properly adjusted, provide you with ±1 degree accuracy.
